THE sister of a boy who is alleged to have been sexually assaulted by a Bishop's Waltham man told a court she was left 'stunned' by the incident.
Keith Fielder, 69, of Claylands Road, is charged with sexually assaulting a boy, who was 15 at the time, and exposure.
The incident, in which Fielder is alleged to have been wearing a skirt, tights and a Christmas jumper, took place on December 9, 2022 in Winchester Road, near the pond in Bishop's Waltham.
Fielder, who the judge ruled was unfit to plead, is accused of touching the boy's chest and lifting the skirt he was wearing, exposing his genitals. The jury is now being asked to decide on the facts of the case.
On the second day of the trial, on Wednesday, May 22, the jury heard from the boy's sister, who was walking with him at the time of the alleged incident. Neither child can be named, for legal reasons.

When Timothy Forster, prosecuting, asked her to describe what happened. She said: “The defendant came towards us, he looked like he was under the influence of alcohol.
“He approached my brother and said 'I want to touch your tits' and proceeded to grope him in the right chest area. My brother was stunned, so was I.
“He then walked off. He turned around and exclaimed he had no knickers on and he lifted his skirt up to show me and my brother. I saw the outline of his penis.”
The sister then told the jury that after the man walked away, she turned to her brother and said: “What the **** just happened?”
She added that she had seen him a few times around the town, but had never spoken to him.
The trial continues.
