One application has been refused by Winchester City Council planning officers this week. 

An application submitted c/o agent was refused for a pair of semi-detached houses on land at 27 - 29 Chatham Road. 

All other applications were permitted. 

In Colden Common, Mr and Mrs Allen can have a single storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory, front porch extension, loft conversion with rear dormer at 22 Whitebeam Close. 

Rob Blackmore had an application permitted for alterations and extension to existing dwelling at North Ridge, Edinburgh Road in Kings Worthy. 

An application submitted by Taylor was permitted for amendments to the tree report at Yew Tree House, Mount Pleasant. 

In Micheldever, Mr and Mrs Freeland can have repair and renovation works to existing outbuilding (Game Larder), including its proposed used ancillary to Northbrook House Lodge.

In Alresford Simon Preece had an application permitted for a conversion of an existing integrated single garage into office/playroom at 16 Orchard Close. 

Oliver Purvis, in Otterbourne, had an application permitted for a gable end extension to existing hipped roof attic space to create additional room/study with two number velux style roof windows to the front elevation. This is at Tinkers, Coppice Poles Lane. 

In Shedfield, Simon Cooper's application was permitted for a commercial unit at Shedfield House, Dairy Sandy Lane. 

Ben Metcalf, in Soberton, had an application permitted for a double storey rear extension and creation of first floor bedroom and ensuite to front elevation at Manor Cottage, Hoe Street. 

In Sparsholt, Colin Silford's application was permitted for the construction of a single storey classroom for students with specialist educational needs at Sparsholt College, Westley Lane. 

An application without a name was permitted for two commercial buildings for Class E(g)(ii), E(g)(iii) or B8 purposes, following removal of existing storage buildings at Paines Construction Limited, Fontley Road, Titchfield. 

In Winchester, Mr Taylor had an application permitted for the removal of a modern partition wall on ground floor and creation of en-suite bathroom in rooms 1 and 2 on the first floor along with other minor internal works, at 2 St Peter Street. 

Peter Noe's application was permitted for amendments to condition 2 of 21/03273/FUL at Elbury, Dell Road. 

Wendy Blandford can have a doorway from the front room to an existing utility room; reinstating downstairs toilet and shower, at 77 St Cross Road. 

Mr and Mrs Paynter had an application permitted for contemporary front and rear extensions to an existing property, refurbishment throughout and associated landscape works. This is at 18 Bereweeke Road. 

Mr Amodio's application for a single storey rear extension following demolition of existing lean to at 2 Dell Road was permitted. 

Ms and Mr Loureiro and Middleton had an application permitted for a single storey side and rear extension with associated landscaping at 19 Bereweeke Way. 

David Paget's application was permitted for a single storey rear ground floor extension, internal modernisation and loft conversion with dormer at 51 Egbert Road. 

Mr and Mrs Barker can have a single storey extensions to front and rear; other alterations including garage conversion at 28 Courtenay Road.
