A MAN caught with an axe, two knives and illegal drugs in Winchester city centre must do unpaid work.
Rhys Webb, 29, was stopped by police officers on Jewry Street on February 25, a court was told.
Webb, of Blackthorn Close, South Wonston, admitted possessing class B drug ketamine, class C drug diazepam and the three weapons.

Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £100 with £85 costs and a £95 victim surcharge. He must undertake 100 hours community service by June 8 2023 with up to 10 days rehabilitation activity requirement.
The drugs and weapons were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
