TWO Wiinchester men were today appearing in court over an alleged aggravated burglary
Kevin John Blake, 42, of Christchurch Road, and David Ashley James Rolfe, 40, of no fixed abode, have been charged with aggravated burglary.
They were remanded in custody and were due to appear before Basingstoke Magistrates Court this morning, December 23.
An incident happened at around 9.35pm on Monday December 20 at an address on St Clement Street.
Two men gained entry to the property and, once inside, a handbag containing a purse was stolen.
The arrests are part of Hampshire police's #OpHawkHants work to tackle burglary.
