POLICE have arrested two men over a burglary in Winchester earlier this week.
The incident happened on St Clement Street at around 9.35pm on Monday December 20.
Two men gained entry and stole a handbag containing a purse.
Two men, aged 40 and 42, both from Winchester, have been arrested on suspicion of burglary. They remain in custody at this time, said a spokeswoman today.
