  • Villager fined for cannabis possession

    COLDEN Common man Kieran Lee Gibbons has been fined for possession of cannabis. Gibbons, 23, of Blackthorn Close, admitted the offence, committed on May 17. Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £166 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
