GIRL Guides want to open a new Rainbow group in Twyford to help ease the waiting list in Colden Common.

Spaces for girls aged five to seven will be available as soon as female volunteers step forward to help out with sessions.

Local coordinator Vicky Feldwick said: “To open the new unit we need a small team of women who are prepared to take up the challenge of giving the girls amazing experiences. You don’t have to have been involved in guiding before but you’ll be joining a worldwide family and will be part of the largest volunteer organisation for women in the UK.”
