AN HISTORIC Droxford building could be split into three houses under plans submitted to civic chiefs.
The Court House, built in 1858 as a police station and magistrates’ court, has been earmarked for housing.
Developers previously touted the building, most recently a health club, as a luxury guest house or family home.
The £695,000 house in Police Station Road would be split into two semi-detached homes and one terraced house under the plans, which will be determined by South Downs National Park Authority.
