BARTON Stacey parish council is to commission a feasibility study to upgrade the village’s pavilion.
The current wooden building, built by the Royal Engineers, is over 20 years old.
Councillors were told that the study will cost in the region of £4,000 and three firms will be asked to bid for the building work.
