Great War songs and readings to return
AN EVENING of songs, poetry, readings and sketches commemorating the outbreak of the First World War is returning to Swanmore after popular demand.
Swanmore Amateur Dramatic Society will perform a modified version of Lest We Forget on October 25 in St Barnabas Church from 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £8, with proceeds going to veteran’s mental health charity Combat Stress, St Barnabas Church and Swanmore Village Hall. To book, call 01489 894955.
