POP superstars The Osmonds were so impressed with one Hampshire venue, they're set to return just months later.

Jimmy, Merrill and Jay, from pop's most famous family, played to a full house at The Concorde Club in one of only three dates on their mini UK tour last year.

Now Osmondmania is set to grip Eastleigh once again when the group come back on September 23.

The Osmonds have sold more than 100 million records, scooping more than 400 gold, silver and platinum records.

They are among a glittering list of acts set to appear at The Concorde Club in 2016.

Alexandra Burke, is the star attraction on July 15. She rose to fame after winning the fifth series of X Factor in 2008 and went on to release winner's single Hallelujah, which became the European record holder for single sales over a period of 24 hours, selling 105,000 in one day until it was overtaken by her X Factor mentor Cheryl Cole with her debut solo single Fight For This Love. Alexandra starred in The Bodyguard at Mayflower Theatre last year.

On March 31, the 2014 winner of the TV talent show Ben Haenow will take centre stage. His debut single, a cover of OneRepublic’s Something I Need debuted at number one in the UK singles charts, becoming the 2014 Christmas number one.

Billy Ocean, who had a string of international pop hits in the 70s and 80s, makes a welcome return to The Concorde on May 26.

American pop/rock singer Vonda Shepard, who was a regular in the comedy drama series Ally McBeal, has a Concorde date on October 6. She appeared in the hit show for five years as a resident performer singing at the bar where the show’s characters drank after work.

Five piece vocal harmony group, The Overtones will make sweet music on November 27. They were discovered by a Warner Bros Records’ talent scout while working as decorators in a shop near Oxford Street. After their debut album Good Ol’ Fashioned Love was re-released in March 2011 they were soon climbing the ladder of success.
