A HAMPSHIRE waste management company has expanded to create three new jobs.

Fareham-based TJ Group has appointed three new employees to bring its total staff number up to a record 135, up 35 from two years ago.

The new recruits are sales representatives Mark Alford and Clive Westwood and transport coordinator Dan Lloyd.

John Gosling, TJ’s managing director, said: “Mark, Clive and Dan are experienced professionals in the waste management sector and will play important roles in developing our operations and providing a first-class service for customers across the south coast.”

The company, which has a fleet of 85 vehicles, operates recycling centres in Hampshire and West Sussex and provides workplace recycling collections, skip hire and bulk haulage services.

It works for 3,000 businesses across the south from Bournemouth to Brighton.
