"It was wonderful to see everyone having fun, and I was particularly impressed by the friendly atmosphere and the skill level of the team, which included our very own Nick Parton."
Homelodge Buildings Ltd was founded in 1986 by Felix's father, Peter Bolger.
The company has evolved over the years to become a market leader in the bespoke design, manufacture, and installation of garden annexes.
It is known for its well-insulated garden offices and annexes, which do not require planning permission.
Homelodge also handles all negotiations with the local authority.
Kingswell Buildings Ltd, the sister company of Homelodge, specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke buildings for commercial use.
Its projects include classrooms, village halls, marine cafés, and new housing developments.
Both companies are based in Crawley, near Winchester, and have supplied their buildings throughout the UK.
