HAMPSHIRE'S biggest female-only football club is returning to its spiritual homeland.
Winchester City Flyers will play their home matches this season at the Charters Community Stadium in Abbotts Barton.
The past two years have had a "nomadic" existence, playing home matches in Alton, Basingstoke and occasionally Winchester.
But with the arrival of its new 3G pitch, the City Flyers will be able to play every home match at their traditional stadium, which is also home to Winchester City FC.

Every week a ladies team will play on Sunday at 2.30pm. Tickets to watch the first team cost just £4 for adults and are free for under-18s.
Winchester City Flyers are also currently seeking sponsors, and would like to encourage any individual or business interested to contact them.
