Winchester's dance charity, Move Momentum, is launching an online dance platform.
Named 'Everyone Can Dance - Online', it is set to debut in late July, offering tailored dance tutorials for older adults and individuals with disabilities or long-term health conditions.
The platform's main purpose is to promote an accessible, flexible, fun, and engaging environment that aids communities in boosting fitness and connecting.
A £5 monthly subscription offers unlimited video access, while financially strained users can secure free access via their local Winchester GP.
Those interested can sign up for a 14-day free trial at movemomentum.co.uk.
This initiative, part of the Hampshire Active Health Programme, aligns with Move Momentum’s mission to make dance education affordable and widely accessible.
Amanda Watkinson, project manager at Move Momentum said: "We are thrilled to announce the launch of our inclusive dance video tutorial platform, designed specifically for older adults and individuals with disabilities or long-term health conditions.
"Our mission is to create a welcoming space for everyone to find their rhythm and express themselves through dance. We hope this platform will contribute to improving mental and physical well-being, fostering inclusion, empowerment, and joy."
