Richard Hill has been named National League Manager of the Week after Eastleigh's back-to-back wins over Halifax Town and Ebbsfleet United catapulted the Spitfires into the embryo play-off positions.
Paul McCallum led the way with two goals,in the 3-2 win at Halifax and followed it up with a hat-trick in the 5-2 triumph over Ebbsfleet, which confirmed Hill's award.
McCallum is joint second highest goalscorer in the National League ahead of Saturday's visit to Hartlepools United.
