AN INJURY time penalty ended Romsey Under-17s' RFU National Shield campaign at the regional semi-final stage after they dominated much of the match.
It meant they lost 16-13 against Folkestone but the Romsey players deserve credit in representing Hampshire for their ability, competitiveness, commitment and the sporting way in which they have played the game.
