SAINTS Ladies led at half-time before losing their Hampshire Cup quarter-final at Portsmouth.
Tier-one Saints led through Chloe Newton, who held off an opponent before finding the bottom corner.
Tier-three Pompey equalised midway through the second half through Shannon Albuery,who set upan impressive winner in the 81st minute.
From Albuery's pass, Alex Collighan curled the deciding goal into the top corner.
Before the game, there was also a boost for the women in the form of support from Southampton men's team star Pierre Emile Hojbjerg.
