THE classrooms at Stanmore Primary were empty on Outdoor Learning day.
Working collaboratively in their house teams within their class bubbles, the pupils spent their time outside.
Teacher Angela Horkan said: "They enjoyed a stimulating day, full of outdoor learning tasks including: making miniature village dens, hanging art constructed out of natural materials and creating giant symmetrical bugs.
"The showery weather did not dampen their enthusiasm for the outdoor learning tasks and all the children went home tired but very happy."
