MAGISTRATES have lost patience with a chronic Winchester offender after a string of offences.
Kell Phra Bang Andrews, 40 of Hyde Gate, Hyde, and previously of Sparsholt, was jailed for 26 weeks.
He admitted seven offences of shoplifting alcohol, meat and Lego from Winchester stores including Sainsbury's at Badger Farm, and M&S on the High Street.
Magistrates in Basingstoke said there was long history of offending and non-compliance with non-custodial sentences.
Andrews also admitted stealing a blue disabled badge from Fiona Buckingham, failing to surrender to custody and refusing to give a breath test to police.
He was banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge.
