A TWYFORD man has admitted handling stolen goods and been ordered to undertake 120 hours unpaid work.

Daniel Anthony Taylor, 35, of Waterhouse Lane, pleaded guilty to seven charges of handling, mainly electrical goods, including a car radio, sat nav and drills, between January 6 and February 6.

Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard the victims were Samuel Latham, Gavin Hart, Alison Merrick, Stuart Howell, Penny Tompkins and Valerie Walton.

Taylor was also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

An allegation that he stole two electric drills and TV belonging to Garrett Maltby was denied by Taylor and were withdrawn by the prosecution.
