PARENT helpers are needed to step forward for Twyford Playgroup.

The group's committee is looking for two volunteers to take up the roles of treasurer and chairman.

Applicants need not be parents of playgroup children but experience in accounting would be beneficial for the treasury role.

Susie James, of the group, said: "Without a fully staffed committee our wonderful community playgroup is unable to continue so if you are interested in joining our fantastic team and would like more information then please email susie_james@hotmail.co.uk."
