MAKING robots sounds like something out of a science fiction film, but at one Winchester school it became science fact.
Youngsters in Year 6 at Oliver’s Battery Primary School tackled the challenge last Thursday (October 13).
They spent the day coming up with various creations at the school in Austen Avenue, Oliver’s Battery.
They received a helping hand from some experts drafted in from IT firm, IBM.
The company – which has bases at Hursley and Portsmouth – helped to organise the event along with school staff.
