Police appeal for information on attempted burglary in Itchen Abbas
HAMPSHIRE police are appealing for information on an attempted burglary near Winchester.
A ground-floor window in an Itchen Abbas home was smashed in the evening of Sunday, January 30, but no entry was gained to the property on the B3047 Winchester Road.
Police are seeking information from anyone who was in the area at the time and may be able to help in their inquiries.
Anyone who saw any suspicious behaviour should contact PC Richard Jones on 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
