DRINKERS at three Winchester pubs have raised more than £2,500 for the district’s young carers.
The money has been raked in at The Bell Inn, Fulflood Arms and The Queen Inn over the last year from events such as treasure hunts, bingo nights and sponsored walks.
Hannah Walter, landlady at The Bell Inn, said: “This is a good opportunity to thank our customers at all three pubs for helping us fund-raise last year and see that their money is being used to directly help child carers in their area.”
