A WINCHESTER man was handed a conditional discharge for damaging a neighbour's door.
Mark Ian Arthur Rowe, 43, of Taplings Close, Weeke, attacked the door of Craig Sudlow on January 15, causing damage estimated at £150, a court heard.
Rowe, chairman of the Winchester branch of the English Democrats party, admitted the charge and magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered him to pay £150 compensation, with deductions from his benefit.
