The FINALISTS for Basingstoke’s Place to be Proud of award has been revealed.

Out of the four finalists, the winner will be announced at a virtual awards ceremony in July.

The Apollo Hotel, Basingstoke Sports Trust, Hair Lab and Phillips Solicitors are all in the running for the award.

Jane Stewart from Basingstoke Together who are sponsoring the award, said: “All of these businesses have demonstrated a long and valued commitment to the community in Basingstoke and Deane by supporting people, charities and organisations in the area and we hope the people of Basingstoke will want to show their support and encouragement for businesses doing their bit to help others, especially in these difficult times and voting now.”

“Like everyone, businesses are finding it difficult at the moment so we hope this award will raise the profile of some of the best ones that are playing an important role in the community, it is really easy to vote – no need to register – it takes less than a minute”, added Felicity Edwards from Destination Basingstoke.
