PROPERTY consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has expanded its South Coast Industrial agency team with the appointment of Luke Mort.
Luke, who joins as a senior surveyor from Portsmouth-based Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell will be responsible for industrial and logistics agency across the South Coast region, while also assisting the national industrial and logistics team based in its London office.
Commenting on the appointment Jonathan Manhire, associate director at JLL Southampton, said: “We are involved in some great speculative developments in Southampton and across the Solent. As our business continues to grow, we’re really pleased to have Luke’s expertise to meet the growing demand for our services.”
The industrial team is based in JLL’s Southampton office and not only covers Hampshire but extends across Dorset, East and West Sussex.
