A WINCHESTER woman has been fined for breaking the speed limit in Old Alresford.
Judith Davis, 65, was clocked by a police officer on March 21 doing 50 mph in a 59-reg Saab on the B3406 Basingstoke Road, Old Alresford, when the speed limit is only 30.
Davis, of Edgar Road, admitted the offence when she appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
She was fined £640, had six penalty points placed on her licence and ordered to pay a £64 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
