WINCHESTER City Council has extended its free outdoor gym sessions to Perins School in Alresford from June 5 for eight weeks.
Local people are invited to Perins’ outdoor gym for sessions with qualified personal trainers and council activators every Thursday from 7-8pm.
They will be completing a fun eight-week fitness programme which will raise pulses and get the participants physically active and ready for the summer.
The sessions will take place just outside Evolution gym, on the outdoor gym equipment, and the classes themselves will be aimed at both beginners and intermediate participants. The sessions will be circuit-training based and will work the entire body from head to toe.
For more information about any of these sessions please contact Alex Taylor on 01962 848493 or on ataylor2@winchester.gov.uk
