KILMESTON is staging its annual fete on Saturday June 7, from 2-4.30pm. Admission is £2 adults; children free.
It will be held in the grounds of Dean House, by kind permission of Philip and Martha Gwyn.
Visitors can delight in garden teas and home-made cakes served in the Orangery; walk round the beautiful gardens; drink Pimms and lemonade on the lawns; eat strawberries and ice-cream.
There will be various games and activities, including pony rides; a penalty shoot-out, golf, tug of war, rides in a vintage car, tombola and many more.
Stalls will sell home-made cakes, bric-a-brac, books, plants, CDs, DVDs and toys, plus champagne, barrel of beer and grocery draws and an auction of promises at 4pm.
