Plan lodged for meadow
PLANS have been submitted to develop the last meadow in the city centre at St John’s Croft, in Blue Ball Hill.
A developer wants to built six four-bedroom homes, half the amount originally wanted.
Residents have been battling with developers for the last couple of years to keep homes from being built there.
Winchester planners have already rejected two schemes for the site, which both included 14 homes.
