Pubs want to open into early hours
TWO Winchester bars have asked licensing chiefs if they can open until the early hours.
Music venue The Railway Inn wants to serve alcohol until 2am on Saturdays and holidays, such as Good Friday and Boxing Day.
Meanwhile the Slug and Lettuce in The Square have put in a bid to remain open until 2am on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.
