Delays expected after M3 smash
THREE lanes of the M3 near Winchester have reopened following a crash.
They were closed off around 1pm after a Volkswagen Golf collided with a lorry near J11 of the southbound carriageway.
Police sealed off all three lanes with traffic forced to pass using the hard shoulder.
But shortly after 2.30pm the accident was cleared and the three lanes reopened.
