PLANS to build three homes in Oliver’s Battery were refused by Winchester City Council.
The applicants, Mr and Mrs Goss, wanted to build on land beside a property in Mount View Road.
A pair of three-bedroom homes would have been created, along with a two-bedroom one, if the scheme had been approved.
City council planning officers using delegated powers said the properties would be too large for the site.
