A SCHEME to build a new house in The Crescent, Twyford, was deferred by planners.
Winchester City Council was due to make a decision on the application by Mr R Powter on Thursday, April 2.
However, councillors wanted more information about the scheme, and will meet again on Friday, April 17.
Council officers had advised that the house should be permitted, although eight residents wrote to the authority to object.
