A total of 88 individuals and teams were nominated, with eight winners recognised for their contributions in early years, youth services, supported housing, community programmes and central support.
Phillipa Spicer, chief executive of YMCA Fairthorne Group, said: "I'm incredibly proud of our winners, finalists and everyone who was nominated.
"They remind us that making a difference doesn't always require a grand gesture.
"Very often, it's the small, everyday acts that have the greatest impact.
"These awards aren't simply about doing a job well.
"They recognise people who have gone that little bit further for others, often without expecting anything in return.
"The fact that these nominations come from colleagues makes that recognition even more meaningful."
