Sustainability is at the heart of this project, with provisions for photovoltaic panels, rainwater harvesting, a package treatment plant, and biodiversity measures.

The site, comprising 4.5 acres of meadow and 3.5 acres of woodland, is being marketed as a chance to construct a distinctive countryside home, with much of the planning and architectural vision already in place.

The planning application reference is 25/02348/FULLS, with development required to commence by June 25, 2029.

The property is on the market with a guide price of £800,000.
