A country pub with boutique guest rooms and permission to build luxury shepherd’s huts is up for sale.
The Binsted Inn in Binsted, near Alton, has a freehold asking price of £750,000.
The pub closed in November 2025 after trading successfully under its current owners, who reopened it in 2021 after a major refurbishment.

Tanya Kamm, owner of The Binsted Inn, said: "We have put a huge amount of time, energy and care into transforming the Binsted Inn into the beautifully refurbished venue it is today.
"We are incredibly proud of what has been achieved, and the property now offers a prospective buyer a wonderful opportunity to build on those foundations and take the business forward.
"The open house is a chance for people to see the quality, character and potential of the pub for themselves."
It has a bar, restaurant, snug, six boutique en suite bedrooms and two-bedroom staff accommodation.
Permission is in place for eight luxury shepherd’s huts, increasing the inn’s potential guest capacity.
The property also has a large beer garden, terrace and customer car park.
Christie & Co, which is handling the sale, called the inn a rare opportunity in the heart of the South Downs National Park.
Richard Wood, regional director for pubs and restaurants at Christie & Co, said: "The Binsted Inn offers a rare opportunity to acquire a beautifully presented turnkey property in the heart of the South Downs National Park.
"Fitted out to an exceptional standard, this award-winning country inn was named Pub of the Year 2024/2025 for London and the South East by the Prestige Awards.
"Having previously benefited from multiple income streams, it is ideally suited to lifestyle buyers, experienced operators and investors looking to enter the premium rural hospitality market.
"Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend our open house, where the quality, setting and potential of the property can be fully appreciated."
An open house is scheduled for Monday, September 21.
The Binsted Inn is surrounded by countryside and walking trails, with easy access to Alton, local attractions and transport links.
