A family-friendly festival returns this bank holiday weekend with two days of entertainment.

Cromfest will take place on Saturday, August 29, and Sunday, August 30, from 12pm to 6pm on the grounds of The Cromwell Arms in Mainstone, Romsey.

The free event raises funds for Naomi & Jack's, a children’s hospice in Sutton Scotney, through donations.

Sean Knight, general manager, said: "I'm really excited about this.

"Last year was an absolute hit, so we've extended this year's festival across the whole weekend.

"It's going to be good vibes, a great time in the sunshine."

Cromfest will feature a barbecue menu all day, a bouncy castle area, and live music from local talent.

Saturday will include two flying displays from Huxley’s Birds of Prey, while magician Kevin Cann will perform two shows and create balloon sculptures on Sunday.
