Stagecoach South is taking customer service on the road with a new bus.

The vehicle will travel across Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey to offer face-to-face support, journey planning and advice.

The Customer Service Bus will visit town centres, transport hubs and community events, making it easier for people to access information.

Marc Reddy, managing director of Stagecoach South, said: "We’re really excited to introduce our new Customer Service Bus and take our customer service directly into the communities we serve across West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey.

"We know that while digital tools are increasingly important, many of our customers still value being able to speak to someone face-to-face.

"The Customer Service Bus gives us a fantastic opportunity to listen to our customers, help them with their individual needs and make sure they can make the most of our services, ticket options and latest deals.

"It’s also a great way for us to support customers who may need a little extra help getting to grips with digital tools, our app, website or contactless payments."

The bus will provide journey planning, route and timetable details, ticket information, support with promotions and help with digital tools and contactless payments.

Details of future locations can be found on the Stagecoach website or by following Stagecoach South on X.
