A CAR towing a caravan rolled over in a crash, causing hours of delays.
The crash happened on the A34 near Whitchurch and forced the closure of a major route on Wednesday, June 24.
No one was injured, but the incident caused significant delays and disruption for drivers.
The car rolled on the southbound carriageway between Whitchurch and Bullington Cross at around 12.25pm.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "This was a single vehicle RTC, with a car towing a caravan, reported at 12.25pm.
"No injuries were reported."
The A34 was closed for several hours as emergency services responded and recovery work took place.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene to ensure the vehicles were safe and the area was secure.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: "Firefighters were called at 12.30pm this afternoon to reports of a road traffic collision on the A34 southbound, between Whitchurch and Bullington Cross.
"The incident involved two vehicles.
"No persons were trapped, and crews worked to make the scene safe before returning to station at 1.15pm."
National Highways reported long delays as recovery and clean-up operations were carried out.
The closure of Lane 1 led to heavy congestion and extended travel times.
A spokesperson for National Highways said: "Lane 1 (of 2) remains closed on the A34 southbound near Basingstoke between the B4640 and A303 due to collision.
"Recovery work and debris clean-up is underway.
"Large spillage also being assessed.
"Current delays of 80 minutes and 10 miles of congestion on the approach."
Drivers stuck in traffic took to social media to share their experiences.
One motorist said she had "been at a standstill on the A34 near Basingstoke for two hours. Vulnerable people in cars around us on the hottest day of the year. You [National Highways] need to get traffic moving asap, or there are likely to be more incidents to deal with."
Another driver told of delays for routes through Whitchurch as vehicles diverted to avoid the closure.
Earlier in the afternoon, National Highways had reported shorter delays, with 10-minute queues and a single lane closed as emergency services worked at the scene.
But as the incident continued, congestion grew to four miles and then extended to 10 miles as the clean-up progressed.
The AA confirmed the crash involved a car towing a caravan that rolled over, blocking the southbound carriageway.
The collision led to long delays and queuing traffic, with congestion back to the Litchfield turn-off and affecting routes through Whitchurch as vehicles diverted to avoid the closure.
