A care management company has been named the best in the region for its person-centred approach.

Affinity Care Management, which operates care homes across Dorset, Hampshire and Surrey, was awarded the title of Best Tailored Care Management Solutions Company in Southern England at the 2026 Social Care Awards.

Chris Bialan, founder and CEO, said: "We’re thrilled to be recognised as the leaders in tailored care management for the region.

"This award belongs to our dedicated staff and management teams in our Dorset and Hampshire homes who work tirelessly to ensure that every resident receives care as unique as they are."

The company manages several care homes including Old Alresford Cottage and Allenbrook Nursing Home in Hampshire.

Affinity Care Management was praised for its "highly individualised management strategies" designed for elderly care, dementia support and specialist nursing.

Its approach focuses on bespoke management models rather than standardised corporate frameworks, aiming to improve quality of life across its Dorset and Hampshire facilities.

The award also strengthens Affinity's reputation in compliance, staff development and resident-focused innovation.

The company has pledged to continue supporting communities across Dorset and Hampshire.

It also plans to continue setting the gold standard for care management in the South.
