A history society will welcome a knowledgeable guide giving her 'Alternative Royal History of Winchester'.
The Dever Valley Local History Society (DVLHS), which kicked off 2026 with a talk about hidden Spitfire factories around Hampshire, says it expects a "good attendance" for its next event.
Green Badge guide Erica Wheeler, which DVLHS describes as "the young, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Winchester guide", will return to speak to the society.

All welcome with entry £5 at the door.
Don Bryan, another Winchester guide, will talk about Roman Winchester in another event planned by DVLHS.
