A T-Rex has made an appearance at Paultons Park for a prehistoric adventure.

Tybalt the T-Rex, star of the Olivier Award-winning show Dinosaur World Live, visited Lost Kingdom, where it met Buck, the park's resident Pachycephalosaurus.

The event marked National Dinosaur Day on Sunday, June 1, and fans and families had the chance to see the giant dinosaurs together before Tybalt explored the park and greeted visitors.

Lost Kingdom, one of five themed areas at Paultons Park, offers a host of dinosaur-themed rides and attractions.

It includes two family rollercoasters, Flight of the Pterosaur and Velociraptor.

After his adventure in the Lost Kingdom, Tybalt headed to Westquay, Southampton, to meet more fans, building excitement for the upcoming Dinosaur World Live show at the Mayflower Theatre on July 29 and 30.

Dinosaur World Live is an interactive theatre show that uses puppetry and storytelling to bring prehistoric creatures to life on stage.

From gentle herbivores to the mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex, the show promises to be an unforgettable experience for children aged three and up.
