ONE planning application has been withdrawn from Winchester City Council this week.
All the applications had the applicant's names withheld.
An application to replace a precast concrete garage fronting Mews Lane with a brick and flint garage at 12 St James Lane was withdrawn.
All other applications were approved by Winchester City Council planning officers using their devolved powers.
In Colden Common, a new detached, three-bedroom dwelling can be built to the north of 66 Spring Lane.
In Compton, permission has been given to construct a replacement dwelling at Tanera, Cross Way.
In Durley, plans to demolish an existing two-storey dilapidated house and replace it with a new high quality and sustainable two-storey self-build house at Sylvania, Manor Road has been given the go-ahead.
In King’s Worthy, retrospective permission has been granted for the construction of a single-storey rear extension at 51 Cundell Way.
In Littleton and Harestock, plans to construct a detached oak frame garage and home office at 10 Harestock Close.
In Northington, Proposed alterations and extensions to The Grange and theatre to provide a new access point and turning head, scenery dock and atrium, studio space, backstage area, toilet and shower facilities and associated development including landscape and ancillary works have been approved.
In Swanmore, an application for a loft conversion with front-facing dormers and roof lights to the rear; single-storey rear extension; front porch and proposed balcony at 34 Horders View has been approved.
In Wickham, permission has been granted for the construction of a proposed replacement dwelling, detached annexe and detached triple garage at Cloverville Nursery, Biddenfield Lane.
In Winchester, permission has been granted to add replacement sashes and new timber casement windows to 12 St James Terrace.
New roof lights and photovoltaic panels can be added to the roof of 25 Hyde Close. Alterations can also be made to the existing window openings and EV chargers can be added.
Plans for a ground floor rear extension and replacement side extension have been granted at Longways, 155 Greenhill Road. Permission has also been granted for the construction of a first-floor side extension and associated internal alterations, plus 2 additional roof lights.
In Wonston, plans for a single-storey rear extension have been approved for Field Cottage, Wonston Road. The application also covered converting the attic space and internal alterations.
