A SERIES of events in Winchester will be looking at hormonal health and the way hormonal shifts can significantly impact people's physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
The Hormonal Decline: What Every Man & Woman Should Know is being run by Remedi Health and will take place at The Wessex Centre, in The Close from October 9.
This first event will explore the challenges of declining hormonal health in both men and women, highlighting how these changes affect energy levels, mood, metabolism, and sexual health.
Attendees will gain valuable insights into the causes of hormonal imbalances, key symptoms to be aware of, and strategies to effectively manage and mitigate these changes.
The event will be facilitated by women’s hormonal health expert, Deborah Evans, with guest speaker Professor Mike Baxter, an esteemed endocrinologist with a private practice at The Runnymede Hospital.
Professor Baxter specialises in treating patients with diabetes and endocrine issues, with a particular focus on weight loss, fatigue, thyroid disease and challenging diagnostic cases.
Deborah Evans, Remedi Health clinic owner, said: "There's something exciting about discussing hormonal health face-to-face and answering questions in a room full of people eager to learn and improve their well-being."
The event starts at 7pm. For more information or to reserve your spot, visit remedihealth.co or follow @remedi_health_winchester on Instagram.
