He said: “After months of planning, I’m excited to be finally be here in a larger room, opening the doors to the New Romsey Therapy Room to the public. Regardless of whether you are recovering from injury, trying to maintain a high level of performance or wanting to treat a ‘niggle’, we have the movement exercises, correct training techniques and massage treatments to help you achieve the levels of health and fitness you desire.”
Several of his clients have given him glowing endorsements.
Nick Adams-King, leader of Hampshire County Council, said: “Luke offers a great service right in the centre of Romsey. Always happy to be flexible to fit an appointment into a busy life, he’s helped me manage back pain on a number of occasions. I’ve been a customer for a number of years and would thoroughly recommend him.”
Samantha Searles added: “I have known the owner, Luke Prangle, for 18 years – he’s my personal trainer! I can highly recommend him for a professional and reliable service. He’s always positive which helps a lot whether he’s putting you through your paces as a PT or applying pressure to those sore muscles!”
Arivind Pillai, sports medicine specialist, said: “I have been having regular deep tissue sports massages with Luke for the past nine years. In my career in sport it’s important that I can participate within the sessions with the professional players. Having regular weekly massages has kept me injury free throughout the season. I would highly recommend Luke to help keep up high performances.”
