In the Hampshire Chronicle of August 15 I read that 'Winchester High Street among the best in the UK'.
But the bus station in the centre of Winchester is a disgrace, shabby and full of cigarette ends and litter.
Winchester is a beautiful city and host to many foreign visitors so I am surprised that this is allowed to happen.
I hope my complaint will be a wake-up call to remedy the situation.
