Hampshire-based housebuilder, BRiCS, has announced its plans for substantial growth within the south-east region.
Despite being founded only four years ago, in 2020, the directors of the company boast more than 75 years of combined experience in the industry.
They've previously worked on expansive suburban and urban projects as directors for reputable companies such as Crest Nicholson Regeneration, the Berkeley Group, Countryside Properties, Redrow and ZeroC.
This impressive employment history attracted the financial backing of Steven Clark and his Omni group of businesses.
The Omni group has injected over £1.5 billion into the UK's property sector since 2004.
Focused on producing high-quality designs and sustainable communities, BRiCS takes extra time to construct its properties.

Still, the startup plans to increase its annual delivery of houses each year significantly.
BRiCS currently has properties available for purchase in Chichester and Bordon, key locations in the South and South East.
In Chichester, just two houses remain for sale in the 18-property Willowmere at Shopwyke Lakes.
Moving to Bordon, 77 impressive properties are available at The Green at Oxney Quarter.
These Bordon residences mainly consist of sizeable three and four-bedroom family homes, attractively positioned in a village setting around a cricket pavilion and green.
Hugo Reeve, managing director of land and development at BRiCS, said: "We formed BRiCS with a clear vision of creating an SME housebuilder with a firm focus on quality of design and construction, and real place making.
"There is definitely a place in the market for large PLCs delivering thousands of houses each year – but that is not us. We want to concentrate on designing each scheme to be unique, with thoughtfully-designed architecture, landscaping, character streetscapes and energy efficiency, that together truly respect the local setting.
"We are talking to a number of landowners and housing associations who share our vision for building better homes and places than the mainstream offering.
"We know what we want to do and are looking not only for suitable land but suitable landowners and partners to work with.
"In recent years we have seen a failing planning system reach the verge of collapse, resulting in falling house starts.
"SMEs such as BRiCS have a significant role to play in delivering high-quality, modern and energy-efficient houses in the places where they are required most."
